Transportation Waiver Reminder
Students who leave the school building during the school day for any of the following reasons must stop in the Main Office to complete the appropriate paperwork:
- Class at UW-Green Bay, Lakeland University, or LTC
- Online class or Study Hall (students in good standing)
- Teaching Assistant
- Youth Apprenticeship / Co-op/School-to-Work Program
A Waiver of Liability or appropriate written permission must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and principal, when required.
Students who leave the building without written permission will be considered unexcused.
NOTE: Students will not be permitted to return to the building during your scheduled course/block time due to security and emergency protocol.

Interested in Agriculture, Leadership & Making New Friends? Join FFA!
FFA is a student organization that provides opportunities to explore agriculture, leadership, career skills, community involvement, and hands-on experiences. You don’t have to be planning a career in agriculture to join—everyone is welcome!
- First Meeting: Monday, September 14 after school at 3 PM
- Location: Mrs. Malone’s Room (A260)
Yard games will follow the meeting, with special prizes for those who participate!

Join the Howards Grove High School Service Club! Service Club gives students the opportunity to give back to our school and community while getting involved in meaningful activities. It’s also a great way to build your resume and strengthen college and scholarship applications!

Have you noticed clothespins showing up on students and staff around school? The Mental Health Club (MHC) has been “clipping” people as a fun way to spread awareness, start conversations, and reduce the stigma around mental health.

Juniors: Interested in Taking the PSAT?
Any interested junior student is invited to take the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Exam here at the high school in October.
- Cost: $18
- Registration Deadline: September 28

Tiger Pride Reminder: Before entering the school building each morning, cell phones and other personal electronic devices must be put away in your backpack or purse. Once you enter the building, your phone should remain put away. When you arrive at your locker, you will place your phone there, where it will remain the entire school day (7am-3pm). Cell phones and personal electronic devices may not be accessed during classes, Advisement, passing periods, lunch, and all other portions of the school day.
