Get Ready for an “Out of This World” Homecoming!
Join us for the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 26th, from 7:00–10:00 PM in the Middle School Commons!
Tickets go on sale tomorrow in the Main Office:
- $15 per person
- $25 per couple
Tickets will be available for purchase through the end of next week.

Homecoming Dance – Saturday, September 26!
Planning to bring a guest who does not attend Howards Grove School District to the Homecoming Dance?
You must complete a Guest Pass before the dance. Guest Pass forms are available in the Office and must be signed by:
- A parent/guardian
- The visiting student’s school administrator or designee
Guest Passes must be fully completed and returned to the office BEFORE the dance.
Stop by the office to pick up a form if you are bringing a guest!

Juniors: Interested in Taking the PSAT?
Any interested junior student is invited to take the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Exam here at the high school in October.
- Cost: $18
- Registration Deadline: September 28

The Middle School After-School Tutoring Program is looking for high school students who are willing to help tutor and support middle school students after school.
This is a great opportunity to help others, gain valuable experience, and earn community service hours!

Seniors: Important ACP Seminar Information!
All seniors are required to attend a Senior ACP Seminar with Mrs. Neave during the last two weeks of September and early October. We’ll cover important senior-year deadlines, college/technical school applications, career planning, financial aid, and graduation planning.
- How to Register: Check your email for the sign-up link and choose a meeting time that works for your schedule. Spots are first come, first served. If you do not sign up, a meeting time will be assigned to you.

Tiger Pride Reminder: Before entering the school building each morning, cell phones and other personal electronic devices must be put away in your backpack or purse. Once you enter the building, your phone should remain put away. When you arrive at your locker, you will place your phone there, where it will remain the entire school day (7am-3pm). Cell phones and personal electronic devices may not be accessed during classes, Advisement, passing periods, lunch, and all other portions of the school day.
